Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

Western Shoreline Restoration Inc., an Oregon corporation operating under the Fire Joe brand, operates the informational website at getfirejoe.com. This policy covers the current coming-soon marketing website and related voluntary email contact. It does not cover the future Fire Joe subscription application or any separate contractor application.

1. Current website scope

This website provides information about a product in development. It has no account registration, payment checkout, signup or waitlist form, or other visitor-submission form. It does not collect application account information, payment details, or contractor job records through website features. Ordinary website delivery and email contact still involve information, as explained below.

2. Email contact is voluntary

The contact link for support@getfirejoe.com opens your own email application. Clicking it does not itself send Fire Joe a message or submit your details through this website. If you choose to send an email, the message may include your email address, name, message contents, attachments, and email-routing information.

The operational support address uses email forwarding to the operator’s inbox. Your email service and the services that route and deliver the message process it as part of email delivery. Information you send may be used to read and respond to your inquiry and handle related correspondence. Sending an inquiry is not a signup or consent to a marketing mailing list. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive client or project records.

3. Website delivery, logs, and diagnostics

When your browser requests this website, the systems delivering it receive technical information needed to provide the pages. Ordinary hosting or server logs may include an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page if supplied, and response or error details. These technical records may support delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse; they are not a signup or application account.

The website includes error logging. Error information can include a message, stack trace, and page path; the preview environment can also report errors to the website platform’s diagnostic tools. The precise hosting-log fields, access controls, retention periods, and any platform-provided measurement depend on the hosting configuration and have not yet been confirmed for publication. This policy does not promise that ordinary hosting records are absent.

4. Cookies, analytics, and external fonts

The current public pages do not implement their own cookies, browser-storage features, visitor analytics integration, advertising trackers, or behavioral advertising features. This is a statement about the website’s implemented features, not a guarantee that browsers, email services, or hosting infrastructure never use cookies or record technical information.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google’s font services, which receive connection information such as your IP address and browser request information. Google’s own privacy policy governs its handling of those requests. This external font loading is separate from a Fire Joe visitor analytics integration.

5. Service processing and disclosures

Website delivery, external fonts, and email routing involve the services described above processing relevant information. No personal-information sales mechanism, targeted-advertising integration, or marketing-list collection is implemented in the current website. Information may also need to be disclosed if required by applicable law or a valid legal process, or as legally necessary to address security incidents or protect rights. This describes possible legally required or permitted disclosures, not a claim that any such disclosure has occurred.

6. Retention and security

Email correspondence can remain in the operator’s inbox and the systems handling delivery; technical logs are subject to the hosting service’s settings. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures for these records have not yet been confirmed, so this policy does not state a fixed deletion schedule. Email and internet transmission are not guaranteed secure. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

7. Privacy questions and applicable rights

You may contact support@getfirejoe.com with privacy questions or requests relating to information you have sent. Describe your request without sending sensitive identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been arranged.

Depending on which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to exercise other statutory choices. Some requests may require identity verification and may be subject to legal exceptions. This policy does not assume that the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act or another state’s privacy law applies merely because the operator is an Oregon corporation, and it does not restrict any rights you have under applicable law. If an applicable law provides an appeal right, you may contact the same address to request reconsideration of a denied request.

8. Children

This informational website is directed toward contractors and business users, not children under 13. It has no child registration or submission features. If you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information by email, contact us so the situation can be addressed under applicable law.

9. Changes and the future application

This policy will be revised when the website’s actual practices change and when the Fire Joe application launches. The effective date will be updated on this page. Application-specific privacy disclosures will describe the launched application’s actual data handling; accounts, subscriptions, payments, and future application features are not covered or established by this policy.
